HOW DO I CONNECT APPLE HEALTH OR GOOGLE FIT?
iOS - Apple Health
- In the FitTrack MyHealth app, Tap on your Profile
- Tap on Connected Apps
- Tap on Connect
- Allow FitTrack MyHealth to connect with Apple Health Toggle ON specific permission
Android - Google Fit
- In the FitTrack MyHealth app, Tap on your Profile
- Tap on Connected Apps
- Tap on Connect Go through the necessary steps to connect to Google Fit.
- Your device may request you to download mobile device management to comply with the Google Policy.
- Allow FitTrack Health to connect with Google Fit
Data being Read from Apple Health or Google Fit
iOS
- Launch the FitTrack MyHealth App
- Make sure you have connected Apple Health with FitTrack MyHealth
- On the FitTrack dashboard, you can view various tracking metrics that have been tracked on Apple Health
Android
- Launch the FitTrack Health App
- Make sure you have connected Google Fit with FitTrack Health
- On the FitTrack dashboard, you can view various tracking metrics that have been tracked on Google Fit
Data being Sent to Apple Health or Google Fit
iOS
- Make sure you have connected Apple Health with FitTrack MyHealth
- Navigate to the Apple Health app
- On the summary tab, you will be able to view various activities and metrics logged from FitTrack MyHealth
Android
- Download the Google Fit app from the Google Play Store
- Setup your account
- Navigate to FitTrack MyHealth and connect Google Fit in the settings
- All future logged activity and metrics will display on the Google Fit home page
