How do I resolve the ERR 1 issue?
- Download the latest version of the FitTrack MyHealth App
- Attempt to recalibrate the scale
- Make sure batteries still have power
- Remove the batteries from the scale and reinsert them
- Place the scale on a hard, flat, even surface
- Quickly step on and off the scale
- The scale should now show 0.0 lbs/kgs
- The recalibration is successful
- Open the FitTrack MyHealth app
- Make sure Bluetooth is on
- Connect your scale
- Option 1: Tap Add Device or Device Icon (top right corner) → Search for Devices → Select Dara Scale → Connect to Device
- Option 2: Select Profile → Connected Devices → Search for Device → Select Dara Scale → Connect to Device
