- Download the latest version of the FitTrack MyHealth App
- Attempt to recalibrate the scale
- Make sure batteries still have power
- Remove the battery from the scale, and input the batteries
- Place the scale on a stable, flat, and even surface
- Step on and off the scale quickly
- The scale shows 0.0 lbs/kgs
- The recalibration is successful

- Open the FitTrack MyHealth app
- Make sure Bluetooth is on
- Connect your scale
- Option 1: Tap Add Device or Device Icon (top right corner) Search for Devices Select Beebo Scale Connect to Device Option
- Option 2: Select Profile Connected Devices Search for Device Select Beebo Scale Connect to Device
Valid Instances of ERR1 Issue
- Weight has exceeded the scale's capacity (max weight of 400 lbs/ 181.437 kgs)
- Weight doesn't meet the minimum weight amount (6.6 lbs/2.99371 kgs)
- Scale cannot make contact with your bare feet
- Wipe the scale & your feet with a damp cloth
- The battery is nearing the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced
- Instability error (scale is on an uneven surface ex: carpet)
