The value is definitely there! The FitTrack scale provides a lot of information to help keep a reality check on body composition. Being a woman who has been Weigt training for years, I have lots of muscle so my weight is higher. I like that I can see exactly how much muscle, fat, body water etc I have. I find the insight very helpful!

I Wish I did not have to have my app open at the time I step on the scale to get it to load my results. It won’t sync the results later. Otherwise very pleased with my new scale.
