Refunds and Returns
At FitTrack our primary goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Customer Success Agent will be more than happy to assist. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible with our "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee."
You will be asked to provide the following details below:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Screenshots/Pictures/Videos showing the exact issue you are having with our product
To qualify for a refund, you must follow the return process below:
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- A restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. (US and Canada customers)
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Once you've processed the return, kindly let us know so we can keep an eye on the shipment.
All refunds are being processed within 5-7 business days but please be advised that your bank policy may vary.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for other reasons, send us an email at email@example.com or call us at +1 888-627-4376.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All the returns will be charged for a restocking fee for US and Canada customers.
